Is your risk management FSMA compliant & GFSI recognized?
FSMA requires that manufacturers implement risk-management, while major retailers now require that their suppliers also have a GFSI certification. Companies that do not commit to achieve this certification will have more difficulty in accessing the market. SQF is a GFSI recognized risk-management system.
Training Course Description:
This course, taught by an SQFI licences trainer, is designed to provide the tools and knowledge to successfully develop, implement, and maintain an SQF food safety management system. It will provide participants with an understanding of the process for aligning with FSMA regulatory requirements, and how to achieve certification recognized by GFSI to remain competitive in the market.
Who Should Attend:
This course is relevant to all food industry processes from production through distribution. Current and new SQF Practitioners, Plant Managers, Sr. Management, Production Personnel, Quality Assurance Personnel, and their team members are all encouraged to attend.
