Mo Jia, Ph.D.
Dr. Mo Jia is the Laboratory Director of AEMTEK's Modesto Lab. He boasts a Ph.D. in Animal Sciences from Colorado State University, where he specialized in research areas related to foodborne pathogens, molecular biology, and bioinformatics. Dr. Jia has multiple peer-reviewed publications in meat science, food safety, and virology fields.
