With over 20 years of experience, she has extensive knowledge in the detection and enumeration of microbial pathogens, fungal identification, and the analysis of environmental samples, water, and food products. Dr. Wu provides valuable technical consultations in food safety, environmental monitoring, and contamination control. She is also involved in product research and development. Dr. Wu's achievements include numerous scientific publications, book chapters, and lectures and presentations at national and international conferences. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Tennessee and has a strong background in academic research and analytical services in microbiology and mycology.
