AEMTEK’s quality assurance system is ISO 17025:2017 compliant. Our analytical methods are either standard methods (FDA-BAM, USDA-FSIS, USP, AOAC, and ASTM) or developed and validated in-house based on scientific merit. AEMTEK is committed to demonstrating competence and integrity throughout all of our interactions with the regulatory agencies and our customers.
Awarded to AEMTEK, INC. for technical competence in the field of Biological Testing. This laboratory is accredited in accordance with the recognized International Standard ISO/IEC 17025:2017. This accreditation demonstrates technical competence for a defined scope and the operation of a laboratory quality management system (refer to joint ISO-ILAC-IAF Communique dated 8 January 2009). General food testing and FDA Automatic Detection food testing methods are included in the A2LA accreditation scope. Certificate Number: 3069.01
AEMTEK Athens Lab is accredited in accordance with the recognized international standard ISO/IEC 17025:2017. This accreditation demonstrates technical competence for a defined scope and the operation of a laboratory quality management system (as outlined by the joint ISO-ILAC-IAF Communiqué dated April 2017). Microbiological testing for food, food-related items, food processing equipment, and environments are included in this scope.
American Industrial Hygiene Association Laboratory Accreditation Program (AIHA LAP) Environmental Microbiology Laboratory Accreditation Program (Lab No. 167620). The scope of accreditation includes direct and culturable fungal analysis, environmental bacteria testing, and Legionella detection. AIHA LAP LLC is an associate member of the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC).
State Water Resources Control Board Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program granted AEMTEK, Inc. Environmental Laboratory Certification in testing fields of water microbiology, including coliforms, E. coli, Enterococci, and TDS. Certificate Number: 2607
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Environmental Legionella Isolation Techniques Evaluation (ELITE) Program. The ELITE program demonstrates technical proficiency in isolation, accurate quantification and identification of Legionella in pure and mixed water samples. AEMTEK has been ELITE certified since 2012.
